We really enjoyed our stay and found the condo comfy. The building itself is not busy and we never heard any neighbors. This was perfect for our family and little one. The host was very responsive and checked in several times. We especially loved the views as the unit is on the top floor with wrap around windows to enjoy the city view.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place in Panama City! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, well-stocked with thoughtful touches, and made us feel right at home. We also loved the view of the Gulf right out of our windows! Kristin was an outstanding host—communicative, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. We truly appreciated the comfort and care put into this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Panama City!

Kristin was wonderful to communicate with, very responsive before and during our stay and so thoughtful in accommodating our needs with a toddler. She kindly did her best to address anything that came up, which we really appreciated. Her place offered a quiet and relaxing stay, and the location was perfect. We loved being able to take a short stroll to the Pantheon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully appointed, easy to access, located in a safe area, and had easy access to the surrounding areas. Kristin was quick to respond to any questions. The only minor hiccup we had was with parking in the garage on the lower level. The spots are limited and a bit tight, but we made it work with no problems. It just took a little more finesse to get into the spot with our large suv. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. We dropped off our daughter at Belmont University and it was very close and convenient. It was also perfect for our needs with two bedrooms and bathrooms and was modern and clean. We would stay here again.

The house is beautiful! It had everything we needed and loved staying there. It was located close to downtown and access to highways. Great neighborhood and there was great communication between us and Kristin. I would highly recommend staying there .

This was the perfect peaceful homestead for us during our Nashville trip! Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, sweet balcony, very comfortable furniture, clean, a pool to cool off in, and more! The hosts directions were very clear and communicating was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as advertised. There was a lot more space for all 9 of us than I thought there would be based on the pictures in the listing. Without a doubt the best part was the amazing views! When you enter the front door you are greeted by a clear window(no screens or sliders) with a full view of the mountains. We were in awe multiple times each day by the changing scenery. The common area which was comprised of the kitchen, dining and great room made a great setting for our family spend time together. We took full advantage of all the amenities and were thrilled to have so many activities to do when we chose not to go out. All three balconies were big enough for us to gather to watch the bears, birds, rabbits, and even a talking orange cat. We did not think of proximity to town when choosing the overlook but the location turned out to be perfect. Not to hard to get to and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We will definitely be going back!

Our group of 12 was comfortably accommodated by your beautiful condo! The first comment was , “ This is fantastic “! The location on the beautiful sands of PCB was perfect! We loved just being steps away from the waves and sand. We enjoyed the well kept pool area and storage downstairs for our beach supplies was a bonus! The balcony was fantastic! What a relaxing and spacious area for gathering and visiting! The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the full-sized bunk beds. We all enjoyed the more than adequate kitchen and dining space! Parking for all 3 vehicles was safe and convenient and having our own private elevator was awesome! No long waits! Finally, I would say there were no disappointments o unexpected expenses. Kristen was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! We loved our stay and our home away from home!
