The property is definitely excellent. We loved everything about it from the moment you walk in you feel the upscale vibe and being beachfront is fantastic. The A/C keeping the inside cool is a major bonus because PCB in the summer is quite hot. The ONLY slight negative is the small pool. The pool is big enough for a couple families but if all 3 levels are rented and has multiple children it can get crowded. A BIG plus is not having to compete with setting up tents at the beach with other vacationers because it being less crowded. I would come back here EASILY! THANKS FOR HOSTING OUR FAMILIES!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very elegant and nice. Kristin was a very good host. Ever in the area again. Sure I will be looking her up again. My family and I really enjoyed our stay👍👍

We had a wonderful week at Kristin and Shannon’s beachfront condo! The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and their prompt communication made our stay seamless! Would absolutely come back.

First off I want to start by saying, Kristin was a GREAT host! Very responsive, helpful, and super nice. The unit itself was just beautiful. It was awesome having a more “private” location compared to previous high-rise condos in the past with people everywhere. The perfect spot for quality time with family and beautiful views. The patio was arguably the best part. Unit was exactly as pictured. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location close to the Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University and just a short drive/Uber to downtown, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and all of the fun. It is very new, clean, beautiful view on the balcony of the city and we jumped on the scooters several times to go places and didn’t even need our car. Overall a wonderful home and Kristin was so responsive to our needs and very helpful when we had questions or needed something. If you looking for a great place to stay while in Nashville, look no further, THIS IS IT! We will definitely stay here again if or when we come back to Nashville.

Love this perfect little get away. Quiet beachfront. Clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Spacious family area and a big back patio overlooking the beach. Beautifully decorated! We love this place and are already booked for our next FL beach vacation!

Kristin’s place was exactly as described. It is the perfect location if you want to be near downtown Nashville, but away from the chaos. Literally everything was 10 minutes or less away. Her place was pristine with great amenities. We were able to enjoy the pool a couple times and having gym access was a great perk as well!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at!Super clean and sooo beautiful! Pictures truly don’t do it justice! The host was very sweet and quick to respond with any questions we had! Will definitely be booking with them again!

We loved the Parthenon Penthouse. It was a short Uber/Lyft ride to Music Row and The Bluebird Cafe, and a short walk/run to Centennial Park. Tito's Mexican downstairs was delicious, as well. The condo was clean and comfortable and the balcony provided a lovely view of the Nashville skyline. Bring your firestick or streaming device passwords with you if you plan to stay in and watch your favorite shows. The beds are comfortable and the convenience of the washer and dryer helps ensure you do not overpack. The toiletries are enough for a two-three night stay, but bring your own for longer visits. You are only required to start the dishwasher and throw food in the trash, and of course, turn everything off. We put all used towels in the bathroom with the tub and took the trash out to the bin in the garage. All in all, a lovely place we will definitely try to book when we return to Nashville.

Loved this stay! We weren't sure about bringing coffee, dishwashing tablets or washing/drying supplies but they were right on it, communicating with us and even bringing what we needed to us. Excellent location, perfect balance of visiting the busy downtown scene and coming back to a beautiful, calm neighborhood.
