Our stay was amazing! We were able to check in early. The place looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had small basic necessities. Luckily we packed full size products like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Every time we had questions Kristin was very quick at responding. We ended up extending our stay by one night and she made it super easy to do. However, we went out that night and the door wouldn’t unlock. But she quickly handled the situation. Overall, it was a great time and we would definitely enjoy staying there again. 💞

This place is PERFECT!!! We stayed here for 7 weeks while our house was being repaired from water damage. We felt right at home during our stay and could not have asked for a better place to stay for an extended period away from our home. Kristin was responsive and accommodating and helped us feel more at ease during a stressful time. Hopefully will get to check out some of the other locations they have!!

We had such a great stay at the Parthenon Penthouse. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—easy to access and made getting around Nashville really convenient. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and straightforward. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space welcoming for guests, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic stay! A couple minute walk from the Parthenon/vanderbuilt area which made for beautiful evening walks. Quick drive to Broadway and other locations. The space itself was beautifully kept up, and here was a mix up at check in that the host was fantastic about responding right away and fixing the problem. Extremely happy with our stay and will look at Kristin’s other locations for future vacations!

What a beautiful place overlooking the pristine beach from an epic deck! Really great , spacious , clean and incredible beach access. Especially gracious for the wheelchair accommodation to the beach less than a block away

This place was spectacular. We are a family of 8, so very specific in what we need. This was set up so well that we never felt on top of each other. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms all very spacious. The patio was worth every penny of the entire stay! Most patios are squished for 8 people, but we had all 8, with places to easily sit, and still had plenty of space! The views were amazing from 2 of the bedrooms and the full balcony. Love that there was a spot to leave beach chairs after a day out so the entire home wasn’t filled with sand. Little things made it home like- charging blocks all over, some things in the pantry to use, plenty of throw blankets that actually felt nice, and a keurig! It was a truly fantastic home and we will absolutely be back next time we need a beach trip! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Kristin was an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful!! We just finished our trip and had the best time! The place was clean and had a bunch of room!! The closet space in the rooms was a huge plus for all us girls to hang up our clothes and store our luggage.

We enjoyed our snowbird winter getaway at this spacious and well appointed condo. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with. The view is amazing and in the winter it is like a private beach. Highly recommend.

Comfortable condo in a handy location that had everything we needed. My husband and I were happy to get home after exploring Nashville every day, the parking garage was very convenient, and we made good use of the washer and drier since we had been travelling for a while. The place was spotless, the first time we were able to walk around barefoot during our 2-week road trip! We did find a great little Indian restaurant and a local pub playing live music we very much enjoyed - both were just a short drive (2 min) away, we could have walked.
