Great location! Very walkable to the Parthenon and Vanderbilt campus. A very quick Uber ride to downtown. Great space to come back to unwind, relax and recharge for the next day. Very clean and cozy. Instructions and directions were very clear and proactive. A perfect stay on my end.

This is a very well put together home. We did not come across any issues. Has everything that you need. All TVs work, nice gas fireplace, great pool, and comfortable beds. The backyard of the home is right up against Kuwohi, which is the tallest mountain in TN, and you get a heck of a view while relaxing in the hot tub. The host is very nice and responsive. Great place to get away.

Kristin was a fabulous host and the condo was exactly as promised. The outdoor patio was a plus along with a garage to park our car. We enjoyed our stay and will be reaching out to Kristin the next time we are in Nashville!

We had an incredible weekend at this Midtown Penthouse in Nashville. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—exactly as described, if not better. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every small detail felt carefully considered to make guests feel at home. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and proactive. Check-in was seamless and communication was clear. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Nashville experience. It made the weekend feel special from start to finish!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, and the home was beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy! We had a small issue during our stay, but it was addressed immediately and with great attention. The kitchen was very well equipped, and having two refrigerators was super convenient. And the view was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

This well-designed house has the most beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains you will find, period. If you never wanted to leave the house, you wouldn’t have to because it’s perfect for a family gathering. We had four adults and five kids ages 10-20 years old, and there was plenty of space for everyone and we never got bored. When we needed peace or privacy, it was there - on the porch swing, in the home theatre, in the bunk room, or the pool. Everyone loved the reclining, massaging chairs in the theater, and the arcade games. The kitchen was very well stocked for many home cooked meals. But we were also 15-20 minutes or less from every major attraction in the area. Our kids loved Gatlinburg and wished we could stay another four days. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this house, and hope to come again.

I stayed at Kristin’s place for the Auburn vs. Vandy game and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I brought some friends, and they absolutely loved the place too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Being just a 10-minute walk to the stadium and super convenient for game day and exploring Music Row as well as Downtown Broadway. Great experience overall — even though Auburn didn’t get the win, Kristin's place definitely made it better! Kristin was a fantastic host, and I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend!

The Overlook at Settler’s Ridge was beautiful inside and out. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We wished we had more time there. The views are fantastic. The game room and pool was a big hit for our grandkids. Hopefully we can go back next year and stay in this cabin again. Everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved staying in a beautiful luxury cabin surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The cabin had everything I could ask for—a stunning pool, a cozy theater room, and an exciting game room. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, adding to the comfort and convenience. It was really, really, really nice to be immersed in nature, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and fresh mountain air. The whole experience was simply amazing!
