The condo is beautiful and so nicely furnished! Beds were very comfortable and linens extremely nice ! The condo has the best appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for meal preparation and storage. Silverware and dishes were more than adequate! The extra fridge is a real bonus when you have a large group. Having a private elevator and being able to avoid long waits was awesome! The best part, however, is the huge balcony with tables and chairs to accommodate dining or just enjoy the view of the beach and gulf, which are just a few steps down the path. The hostess, Kristen, was so pleasant and concerned about our concerns and needs and yet not intrusive on our privacy. So very accommodating! This was my families second stay at this condo and everyone loves it! We consider it our home on the beach! Can't wait to return!

This was our second time staying in this unit and it never disappoints. Beautifully furnished, kitchen fully stocked, great pool area when you need a break from the beach and sand. Elevator to second floor is very handy when unloading and loading. Had a few questions during our visit and Kristen was very quick to respond with all of the answers and support. Booked another stay here in September. Can’t wait to return.

The name of the listing, "Elegant Midtown Corner Penthouse w/Huge Views," is very accurate. The condo is beautiful, but also very comfortable. We felt at home. The owners were very thoughtful of the beauty and comfort of the design, furnishings, and supplies of the whole place. The area is quiet, convenient, and we felt secure here. We enjoyed our second stay, and will return again.

We enjoyed our snowbird winter getaway at this spacious and well appointed condo. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with. The view is amazing and in the winter it is like a private beach. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible weekend at this Midtown Penthouse in Nashville. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—exactly as described, if not better. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every small detail felt carefully considered to make guests feel at home. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and proactive. Check-in was seamless and communication was clear. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Nashville experience. It made the weekend feel special from start to finish!

The Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had fantastic views of the ocean. The beach and water……AMAZING! Would recommend 10/10! We did not want to leave……hopefully going back again soon!

herşeyi çok sevdim, mükemmel bir dağ tatili, bölgedeki en güzel ev burası. manzarası harika. imkanlar muhteşem. temizlik, düzen harika. yataklar çok rahat. evdeki bütün aktiviteler; kapalı havuz, sinema, ve çocuklar için ayarlanmış bütün etkinlikler çok iyiydi. kesinlikle bu bölgede kalmak istiyorsanız mutlaka ama mutlaka burada kalmalısınız. tesis yetkilileri sizi evinizde hissettirmek için sürekli yardımcı oluyorlar. keşke bu mülk benim olsa diyeceksiniz... tesise gece geç saatte vardığımız için dağ yolları biraz ürkütücüydü ama sonunda sizi karşılayan o sıcak ev buna kesinlikle değer.

The property is definitely excellent. We loved everything about it from the moment you walk in you feel the upscale vibe and being beachfront is fantastic. The A/C keeping the inside cool is a major bonus because PCB in the summer is quite hot. The ONLY slight negative is the small pool. The pool is big enough for a couple families but if all 3 levels are rented and has multiple children it can get crowded. A BIG plus is not having to compete with setting up tents at the beach with other vacationers because it being less crowded. I would come back here EASILY! THANKS FOR HOSTING OUR FAMILIES!

Love this perfect little get away. Quiet beachfront. Clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Spacious family area and a big back patio overlooking the beach. Beautifully decorated! We love this place and are already booked for our next FL beach vacation!
