The name of the listing, "Elegant Midtown Corner Penthouse w/Huge Views," is very accurate. The condo is beautiful, but also very comfortable. We felt at home. The owners were very thoughtful of the beauty and comfort of the design, furnishings, and supplies of the whole place. The area is quiet, convenient, and we felt secure here. We enjoyed our second stay, and will return again.

We enjoyed our snowbird winter getaway at this spacious and well appointed condo. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with. The view is amazing and in the winter it is like a private beach. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible weekend at this Midtown Penthouse in Nashville. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—exactly as described, if not better. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every small detail felt carefully considered to make guests feel at home. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and proactive. Check-in was seamless and communication was clear. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Nashville experience. It made the weekend feel special from start to finish!

The Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had fantastic views of the ocean. The beach and water……AMAZING! Would recommend 10/10! We did not want to leave……hopefully going back again soon!

Our group of 12 was comfortably accommodated by your beautiful condo! The first comment was , “ This is fantastic “! The location on the beautiful sands of PCB was perfect! We loved just being steps away from the waves and sand. We enjoyed the well kept pool area and storage downstairs for our beach supplies was a bonus! The balcony was fantastic! What a relaxing and spacious area for gathering and visiting! The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the full-sized bunk beds. We all enjoyed the more than adequate kitchen and dining space! Parking for all 3 vehicles was safe and convenient and having our own private elevator was awesome! No long waits! Finally, I would say there were no disappointments o unexpected expenses. Kristen was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! We loved our stay and our home away from home!

The property is definitely excellent. We loved everything about it from the moment you walk in you feel the upscale vibe and being beachfront is fantastic. The A/C keeping the inside cool is a major bonus because PCB in the summer is quite hot. The ONLY slight negative is the small pool. The pool is big enough for a couple families but if all 3 levels are rented and has multiple children it can get crowded. A BIG plus is not having to compete with setting up tents at the beach with other vacationers because it being less crowded. I would come back here EASILY! THANKS FOR HOSTING OUR FAMILIES!

We had a wonderful week at Kristin and Shannon’s beachfront condo! The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and their prompt communication made our stay seamless! Would absolutely come back.

Love this perfect little get away. Quiet beachfront. Clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Spacious family area and a big back patio overlooking the beach. Beautifully decorated! We love this place and are already booked for our next FL beach vacation!

We just returned from the most incredible Spring break at this vacation rental, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was like a dream come true. The private beach access was the cherry on top—having the sand just steps away made our stay feel like a true getaway. The condo itself was impressively roomy and impeccably clean, which made it feel like a home away from home. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals when we weren’t dining out. Shannon, the host, was an absolute gem! Was incredibly easy to work with, always quick to respond to our questions and made the entire booking process a breeze. It felt like we had a personal concierge at our fingertips! We’ve already started planning our next trip back because this place is just too good to pass up.
