The host is friendly and very responsive. The place and view from the balcony is gorgeous. Every utensil, appliance, or tool for maintenance that I needed was provided for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely loved staying in a beautiful luxury cabin surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The cabin had everything I could ask for—a stunning pool, a cozy theater room, and an exciting game room. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, adding to the comfort and convenience. It was really, really, really nice to be immersed in nature, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and fresh mountain air. The whole experience was simply amazing!

We were completely satisfied with Kristin's condo. It was in a great location, close to Music City, the Grand Ole Opry, and in a peaceful , lovely neighborhood . The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom had ample amount of space for our clothes and luggage. The living room sofa was extremely comfortable as was the bedroom. I really liked how spacious the bathroom was as well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to return to Nashville . Bernadette D.

The apartment was perfect for us, very well-stocked kitchen and nice layout in a quiet building. Kristin was very responsive when we had a question, which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this apartment.

The Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had fantastic views of the ocean. The beach and water……AMAZING! Would recommend 10/10! We did not want to leave……hopefully going back again soon!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever rented. Not a single "disappointment" and we've all had them (things are left broken or photos don't really match). It felt like a luxury penthouse with a beautiful wrap around deck to take in the view of the stunning Vanderbilt U Tower. A lovely walk to nearby Centennial Park. Close enough to Uber to all the fun places and far enough away to have peace and quiet in the evening. The condo was spotless, cool, well stocked and very brand new. Communication was great, responsive and very hospitality focused. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was pristine and welcoming. It was a great location for seeing local attractions and visiting colleges. The restaurant below made it easy for Ubers to find, and it felt very safe and secure. We would absolutely stay again when visiting Nashville. Kristin was a wonderful host and very kind. She really puts a lot of thought and care into making sure her guests feel welcome.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Lots of kitchen items for cooking, nice appliances, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom and a nice large walk in closet with washer and dryer. A quieter part of town for those of us wanting to avoid the. Craziness of downtown. Kristin was lovely to work with and have great recommendations.

Good spot - very clean, well designed, and exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Pros: -Great location if you are trying to see spots all around Nashville - it is central to places all over not just Broadway. -Good spots to eat and get basics things for the apartment all within walking distance -Good response times from the host -Spacious Things to be aware of: - Its a little bare in terms of supplies - don't expect basic cooking supplies or body wash etc., you'll need to bring most things you need - No concierge or front desk lobby area
