We stayed in the penthouse condo for 2 nights. There was a very inconvienent situation that happened at check in however, Kristin was quick to respond and took action immediately. She took responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right and this alone is why she got 5 stars. The condo is in a very good location and is right next to Centennial Park. This made it great to use the Town Trolley and quick to get places. The view is beautiful on the balcony and the condo is comfortable. It has everything you need but bring your own shampoo and conditioner and wash. The ones they have are hotel style and low quality. Overall you are getting this place for the location, view, and convenience of each bedroom having it's own bathroom.

I stayed at Kristin’s place for the Auburn vs. Vandy game and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I brought some friends, and they absolutely loved the place too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. Being just a 10-minute walk to the stadium and super convenient for game day and exploring Music Row as well as Downtown Broadway. Great experience overall — even though Auburn didn’t get the win, Kristin's place definitely made it better! Kristin was a fantastic host, and I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend!

Property is in a convenient location near Vanderbilt and Centennial Park. Kristin’s instructions made it easy to gain entry to unit and on-site parking garage was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

The Overlook at Settler’s Ridge was beautiful inside and out. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We wished we had more time there. The views are fantastic. The game room and pool was a big hit for our grandkids. Hopefully we can go back next year and stay in this cabin again. Everything was perfect.

The host is friendly and very responsive. The place and view from the balcony is gorgeous. Every utensil, appliance, or tool for maintenance that I needed was provided for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely loved staying in a beautiful luxury cabin surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The cabin had everything I could ask for—a stunning pool, a cozy theater room, and an exciting game room. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, adding to the comfort and convenience. It was really, really, really nice to be immersed in nature, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and fresh mountain air. The whole experience was simply amazing!

We were completely satisfied with Kristin's condo. It was in a great location, close to Music City, the Grand Ole Opry, and in a peaceful , lovely neighborhood . The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom had ample amount of space for our clothes and luggage. The living room sofa was extremely comfortable as was the bedroom. I really liked how spacious the bathroom was as well. We would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to return to Nashville . Bernadette D.

The apartment was perfect for us, very well-stocked kitchen and nice layout in a quiet building. Kristin was very responsive when we had a question, which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this apartment.

The Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had fantastic views of the ocean. The beach and water……AMAZING! Would recommend 10/10! We did not want to leave……hopefully going back again soon!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever rented. Not a single "disappointment" and we've all had them (things are left broken or photos don't really match). It felt like a luxury penthouse with a beautiful wrap around deck to take in the view of the stunning Vanderbilt U Tower. A lovely walk to nearby Centennial Park. Close enough to Uber to all the fun places and far enough away to have peace and quiet in the evening. The condo was spotless, cool, well stocked and very brand new. Communication was great, responsive and very hospitality focused. Highly recommend!
