Such a lovely space and an even lovelier host! Communication was seamless, the home was spotless and beautifully styled, and every detail made our stay feel special. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was spectacular. We are a family of 8, so very specific in what we need. This was set up so well that we never felt on top of each other. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms all very spacious. The patio was worth every penny of the entire stay! Most patios are squished for 8 people, but we had all 8, with places to easily sit, and still had plenty of space! The views were amazing from 2 of the bedrooms and the full balcony. Love that there was a spot to leave beach chairs after a day out so the entire home wasn’t filled with sand. Little things made it home like- charging blocks all over, some things in the pantry to use, plenty of throw blankets that actually felt nice, and a keurig! It was a truly fantastic home and we will absolutely be back next time we need a beach trip! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Kristin was an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful!! We just finished our trip and had the best time! The place was clean and had a bunch of room!! The closet space in the rooms was a huge plus for all us girls to hang up our clothes and store our luggage.

We enjoyed our snowbird winter getaway at this spacious and well appointed condo. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with. The view is amazing and in the winter it is like a private beach. Highly recommend.

Comfortable condo in a handy location that had everything we needed. My husband and I were happy to get home after exploring Nashville every day, the parking garage was very convenient, and we made good use of the washer and drier since we had been travelling for a while. The place was spotless, the first time we were able to walk around barefoot during our 2-week road trip! We did find a great little Indian restaurant and a local pub playing live music we very much enjoyed - both were just a short drive (2 min) away, we could have walked.

Thank you so much Kristin! I couldn’t recommend this spot enough. As someone who lived in Nashville for many years and was looking for a spot to stay while coming back to visit friends and go to all my favorite spots again, this could not have been more perfect. It was the best feeling to feel so at home again. It’s easily accessible to all the best spots in Nashville, perfectly clean, and SO cozy. This had everything we needed and more. Kristin was also so sweet and although there was nothing we needed it’s easy to tell how helpful and responsive she is if anything were to have come up! We will absolutely be back and are so thankful to have found our home away from home in Nashville

I can't recommend this property enough! From the moment we booked our stay, the owners were so helpful. We had a family member with a physical disability, and this place was perfrect for them. It is incredibly easy to get into the garage, and the apartment. Once you are in it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and HUGE! The beds, linens, and towels are super comfortable! This is really such a gorgeous place, with everything you could possibly need for a stay with family. We cooked, we sat on the balcony in the evening, and we even did laundry. You are close to everything: shopping, wonderful restaurants. We also did a couple college tours. We loved this place so much that we have booked another stay before we had even checked out. Thank you Kristin for all the suggestions, and making this one of our most favorite AirBnb Stays! Solid 10/10 as the kids say. :)

This condo is beautiful and a wonderful stay if you’re in Nashville looking for a home away from home. It had everything you would need and was extremely clean with a great view. Host was very responsive. Great area and many things nearby. Would recommend and stay here again.

This is a very well put together home. We did not come across any issues. Has everything that you need. All TVs work, nice gas fireplace, great pool, and comfortable beds. The backyard of the home is right up against Kuwohi, which is the tallest mountain in TN, and you get a heck of a view while relaxing in the hot tub. The host is very nice and responsive. Great place to get away.

Kristin was a fabulous host and the condo was exactly as promised. The outdoor patio was a plus along with a garage to park our car. We enjoyed our stay and will be reaching out to Kristin the next time we are in Nashville!
